You can either take a screenshot of the ticket or download the ticket file and send it to them.

The electronic ticket is presented at the event by showing the downloaded ticket on
your phone. The ticket will be scanned and physical tag will be provided.

You can visit any of these outlets: Pick n Pay (Pioneer Mall, Masianokeng), or Print Corp.

You can purchase a physical ticket at any of our Ticketbox physical outlets (Pick n Pay & Print Corp).
For digital purchases made through our website, WhatsApp, or C-Pay, you will receive a digital ticket.
Please note that digital tickets cannot be exchanged for physical ones. Simply present your digital ticket at
the gate for scanning upon entry.
